Sovereign to Broadcast Personal Message on Illness in Television Address

The Monarch has taped a intimate address about his journey with cancer, which will be broadcast as part of this year's annual cancer awareness initiative, spearheaded by Cancer Research UK and a television broadcaster.

The royal household said the King would discuss his "healing process" as a cancer patient, in a video message on Friday evening at the evening slot.
